Make yourself at home...

Can buyers see themselves hanging out in your living area, unwinding in your reading nook or getting work done in your home office? We want your home to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of comfort. We'll help you achieve this by recommending changes that highlight the features of your property. We'll help you put in storage anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Table and counter tops should be cleared off. Arts and crafts, sentimental items, family photos, and kids' works of art should get stored away too. You need to "neutralize" the house so buyers can see it as their new house.

We'll review each room of your home. We'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can inexpensively be made to positively impact the sale.

Setting the Stage
During your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Dark rooms can really dampen a buyer's spirits, so we'll do things like part the curtains and change light bulbs where needed to welcome the buyer. Together we'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and assure a pleasant aroma flows throughout your house. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and throw pillows on your love seat and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current house is their future home.
